1. Programme Overview

Promo period: The Spin.io VIP Program runs on a rolling system. XP expires six weeks after it is earned, so continuous activity is required to maintain VIP tier and benefits.

2. How to Qualify and Earn Rewards

Qualification: Players earn XP through eligible real-money wagering. Higher XP unlocks higher VIP tiers and stronger rewards.

Daily Rakeback: % of eligible Slots and Live Casino rake, paid daily at 08:00 UTC.

Monthly Rakeback: % of eligible Slots and Live Casino rake, paid on the 1st of each new month.

Weekly Reload Bonus: Players at Platinum or higher receive a Weekly Reload Bonus offer every Friday from 12:00 CET, subject to the Weekly Reload terms.

4. Eligibility and Restrictions

Eligible players: Open to all Spin.io players with a valid account.

One VIP Program per player:

One VIP profile per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
Attempts to claim multiple VIP rewards may result in suspension and forfeiture of benefits.

5. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Bonus abuse: Includes creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other attempts to unfairly inflate XP or rewards.

Fraudulent play: Any attempt to manipulate XP accumulation, rewards, or wagering behaviour may result in disqualification.

Right to refuse bonus: Spin.io reserves the right to deny or revoke any bonus or VIP benefit if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.

6. Additional Terms

Changes to the offer: Spin.io may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the official Spin.io website.

Binding agreement: Participation confirms acceptance of these Terms and the general Spin.io Terms of Service.

Disputes: All disputes are reviewed by Spin.io management. All decisions are final.
